Hey, guys, welcome back to the podcast this week. I am so excited to nerd out on today's topic. Rachel,

you are the woman for the job. I'm so glad that you're here on the podcast with me. Thanks for

joining. Thanks for having me, Ashley. This is just already been fun. So I know this is going to be a

great conversation. Well, before this even started, the recording even started, you guys have to

know, like we nerded out for a long time about the things you teach and the things I teach and just how much crossover we have. So we've got to

like squirrel and get into all the nooks and crannies. For those first who have not met you yet,

tell me just a little bit, how did you get into this journey? What led you to create in the CEO collective? How did this become a passion of yours?

This is a long and winding road. So I'll try to give the condensed version, which is I am a

typical type A overachiever. I finished my undergrad and my master's in business and entrepreneurship

and small business by the time I was 21. And then I went right into the world of consulting because I love working with small businesses.

Both of my parents were entrepreneurs, ran small businesses.

We've had entrepreneurs in my family going back generations.

Like nobody works for other people.

We've had factories.

We've had grocery stores.
