Okay, last time I started talking about the Robaya Scale, and today I will continue.

Oh, so the Robias Scale is a scale created on my blog, talking about how likely a particular

What's the likelihood in a standard set we'd revisit or visit in some cases the world?

So we start with Rabia, which the scale is named after.
