Hello, hello everybody, welcome to Almost 30. It is a solo episode, really a conversation with my husband and I'm so excited to share this with you.

It is not often that he is public facing and I hold our relationship as you have probably seen or heard me say as just really sacred and private and it's important for me to do so.

And he and I both agree that these conversations that we rarely have on the podcast have made an impact.

It's really beautiful for us as a couple to have these conversations in this format, but also we've heard from so many of you that even us just talking things out in real time, sharing, sharing honestly in the moment with each other.

It has been helpful in healing and I'm just honored to share this conversation especially as we enter into parenthood.

So that was the impetus for sitting down, we are literally on the precipice of parenthood and just feeling, yeah, feeling on the feels and feeling so grateful.

So wanting to really capture this moment and just bring you in a little bit on this experience, being pregnant, our relationship, bringing a child into the world, entering parenthood, motherhood, fatherhood, raising a mixed child.

Yeah, this conversation goes a bunch of different places that I actually didn't expect and some very real moments of like, okay, we're going to talk about this.

But I feel I feel really good about sharing this with you and so does Sean.

So this episode is coming out at a time when I don't know if the baby will already be here or about to be here.

Thank you for always just respecting kind of how I've shown up as far as sharing my personal life.

I've kind of evolved over the years from sharing so, so, so much to just being discerning.

And I think it comes with maturity, but I also just think it comes with, yeah, being in tune with the energetics of sharing.

And that is very nuanced and very unique to you.

So not to say that my way is the best way, but I'm just kind of honoring, yeah, what my, what my intuition is telling me.
