Lance, what did you think of this conversation?

0:55.0

Well, I kind of appreciated the fact that she went out of her way to have this conversation with us in the first place.

1:00.0

She's created an incredible following on social media as she's trying to find justice for her brother.

1:06.0

And joining us, especially joining us in the evening hours, I think made that even more conducive

1:13.8

to hearing her story because there wasn't a lot of distractions around me when she was telling

1:18.3

the story of her brother and all of the elements that went into his disappearance. That's just the

1:23.6

caveat I have to give people here. The conversation is incredible, the story's

1:27.5

incredible, but you do have to keep track of all the characters involved. And I think that

1:32.0

that's important because all of these stories are not simple. Every story that we talk about

1:37.3

involves numerous family members, friends, circles of friends that overlap. So it's just

1:43.1

the layer of the onion here for his disappearance

1:45.8

that she's continually trying to pull back. And she can use this platform and other podcast

1:51.2

platforms to do so to get that attention from law enforcement and other members of the media

1:57.5

to focus on her brother's disappearance, you know, we'll always be here for.

2:01.4

And there are links in the show notes. One is to Sam's TikTok. That is how we came across

2:07.6

her case, her brother's case. They are also doing a peaceful protest to get law enforcement's

2:15.9

attention. And that is on May 15th of this year, 2026. So there's a link to the Facebook event page in the show notes there as well. And yeah, Lance, as you mentioned, this is kind of a complicated story. And I don't think they've gotten too much help from law enforcement. So the family is really trying to piece together what happened through social media videos, through friends accounts, and just anywhere they can.
