So the way Jack and I connected was really through social media, and we follow some of the

same accounts, and we started to follow each other's accounts. And I remember at one point you had made a comment about the general assessment questionnaires

interview strategies. And I just reached out and offered to send you a copy of one.

So then from then on, we've kind of communicated back and forth here and there.
