For any new listeners, I am Andrea and I am the resident shit show around here,

formerly known as Occurally Tall Girl, when I was 5 foot 11 in the sixth grade in the seventh grade.

And as I said before, thank God I started smoking cigarettes at 12 or I would have been 7 foot 1.

And no, I am not condoning smoking at 12, but I am condoning smoking at 12 if you're a girl in your

already 5 foot 11. We are diving deep with someone who I think might say fuck more than me.

Miss Star Monroe. She is a psychotherapist and she's a master life coach and she was a guest on

Tiffany Carter's podcast, project me with Tiffany, and as soon as Tiffany finished interviewing her,

she said you have to have this gal on the pod and you're in for a real damn treat. As I said,

she is a master life coach. She really focuses on helping women in midlife to really reclaim

themselves to live the life that they deserve to live. We get into a lot of different things. She

holds nothing back. We talk about her journey with guilt regarding being a mother in addiction and

how she has learned to take responsibility for the part that she's played on her son's life,

but also finding compassion and forgiveness for herself. We're going to talk about her broken
