Apple podcast. Let it be easy. And a funny story about that name. She's sought after, she is a

sought after expert for media outlets. She's been on the Today Show, Good Morning America,

Dr. Oz, Business Insider Forbes, Oprah, Wall Street, all the things, Cosmo, Marie Claire. She's also the

resident life coach at Greatest, which I actually love that website, the world's leading

leading health and website for millennials and the author of Let It Be Easy

and stop checking your likes.

Anyway, we talk a bunch about the importance of telling our stories and how to, no matter what

you're doing for a living, that it could be helpful and healing for you to share your story, anything that you've been through.

And I'm so lit up about this with Susie. She came in and she was a guest for my mastermind when I was in Miami and it was so
