Summary

***We can still work together in a 90-Minute Intensive or 1:1 Coaching (6 months).***
In this final episode of the BizChix podcast, I have exciting news to share.

While this marks the end of the BizChix podcast after 124 months and 627 episodes, I'm thrilled to announce a new venture: The Biz of Nonprofit Consultants podcast, launching today.

This new podcast is dedicated to consultants who serve nonprofit clients, a project I've been developing since November 2023.

I'm also shifting my group coaching program and mastermind to exclusively support nonprofit consultants starting in August 2024.

These program changes happened more rapidly than I expected and have involved immense mindset work and mindset shifts in the last 6 weeks.

In this final BizChix episode, I share about the incredible experiences I have had over the last 10+ years, how this podcast, connecting with you and working with you has changed my life.

I’m especially grateful to Elizabeth Cook who has joined me more times than I can count as a co-host of the podcast and who has been an incredible coach alongside me in my programs.

This new podcast (and many other ideas I have had over the years) would not come to life without Tiffanie Smith who literally burned the midnight oil to make this all happen. Thank you so much T!

Of course I couldn’t leave without sharing SIX business lessons that I hope will help as you continue to build your service business.

🙏Thank you for being part of this incredible journey!

It has been the biggest honor to be part of your life.

💛Natalie

Hello, bizchicks. I have very big news to share with you today. If you already read the title of

0:10.3

the episode, then you know this is the final bizchicks episode. And I've decided to close this

0:19.5

episode with five lessons. I hope you will remember for growing

0:23.6

your service-based business. So while the Biztick's podcast is ending, and as I said, this is the

0:31.3

final episode, I have something new happening. A new podcast is launching today just for consultants who serve

0:39.9

non-profit clients called the biz of nonprofit consultants. This has been a project I have

0:47.3

been working on since November 23, but it has all unfolded in a very unexpected way, and I mean unexpected to me as well.

0:58.0

I intended to keep posting the BizChicks podcast indefinitely, and then as of last week,

1:04.0

I was going to put it on hiatus. In fact, the original title of this episode had the word

1:10.2

hiatus in it. But I have been working with

1:14.2

two coaches and doing some very deep work around impossible goals and how you reach them

1:21.5

and have decided that in order for this new focus to really have all the opportunity it deserves, that it needs my full focus

1:31.1

and energy, and that that should not be split. For that reason, after 124 continuous months

1:42.2

and 627 episodes, This here, my friends, is the final episode of the

1:52.0

Bistichs podcast. I'm also changing my programs and how people work with me starting in August

1:59.6

to be solely for nonprofit consultants.

2:04.3

Please note that I will not be working with those who are leaders inside nonprofits. So I'm not

2:11.0

working with people who work inside of a nonprofit, but the consultants they hire to help them.

2:20.6

Before I go into more details,

2:28.6

I just want to thank you, whether you have listened to a single episode, 10 episodes, 100 episodes, or all 627. This has been the most important work I have ever done to date and has created opportunities,

2:40.0

connections, relationships, and meaning beyond my wildest dreams. The woman who started this podcast

2:50.3

in her master's bedroom closet in two houses ago,
