Do you look at other entrepreneurs and compare yourself and find that you sometimes don't measure up?

I get it. You're not alone. I do it too. Everyone does. But the good news is that everyone's a mess, including me.

One of the things I do as a coach is normalize the experience of entrepreneurship. I let you know

that you're not alone. I'm privileged to have

women share their most intimate thoughts, their fears, concerns, and past histories with me.

This has given me a special insight into the psyche of women entrepreneurs. I know things aren't

as pretty as they seem on your social media

channels or websites. I get to see behind the scenes of hundreds of businesses, and let's just say

things rarely look neat and tidy under the hood. The truth is that you're a mess in somewhere

or another. Guess what? So am I. So are all the women you

might admire or look up to or even feel competitive towards. Let's start by assessing where

we are right now. We are adults and we're a bit of a mess and it's okay.

All of us have things that are harder for us to do than they are for other people.

I see women entrepreneurs struggle with these things.

Client boundaries, worthiness, organization, taking risks, hiring, leading, conquering fears,

technology, systems, email management, saying no. Can you relate to any of the above? One of the best parts of my job

as a coach is bringing women together in our group coaching programs. While women often sign up

initially for help with strategy or to get out of overwhelm, they quickly find that one of the

major benefits is no longer feeling alone.
