Greetings, everyone, and happy

Thanks, everyone, and happy Thursday.

It is a Thursday, and it's a great Tim McLeod and myself talking about the prospect top 100,

2000 top 100 prospect list that we published earlier this week and getting a lot of buzz about it.

I did a Q&A session where the great Dr. Mercia

had really prompted that by asking a very good question. But this is the podcast I've been

wanting to do. Tim will interview me about the top 100 prospects and I will give you my

thoughts of why I think they are in the positions they are. And I know Tim's got some difficult questions coming.

At least I hope so, Timmy.

Well, I'm going to give it my best shot here.

But maybe before we even get started at this, Rich, can you go through some of the criteria you use?

Or do you want to find out what I had for breakfast? The real important question. Oh, the real important questions, Timmy. You said when I said, hey, let's do this a little early. You said, let me get some toast. You're eating too healthy, Timmy. Where is the Pop-Tart? The Pop-Tart is in the cupboard. It's there in case of emergencies. There's a break glass

and a little hammer there. But so far, you know, so far I'm, hey, you know, a little

butter on a little bit of 12 grain bread in the toaster. Yeah, life is good. I'm rather enjoying eating a little bit

healthier, Rich. Yeah, I had oatmeal this morning, Timmy, with like a cup of oatmeal and three

cups of brown sugar, you know, the breakfast of champion and with fruits and some nuts on it. Okay,

well, I like half of that, Rich.

Yeah, exactly.

It's the brown sugar, yeah.

Now, I'm trying to do this podcast, as I've already told you, Tim, with my two puppies here beside me.

Beans is always very cooperative, but the nine-month Frankie, who is looking my face as we speak, this could be a disaster.

So we'll see how it all goes.
