I'm here by myself today.

This is going to be a very short show.

For me, today is a big deal.

It's a big day.

I release my top 100 prospects early this morning at 6 a.m.

It is a labor of love because it takes a lot of time for the project to begin.

It starts in about mid-August when I start taking a look at all my scouting notes and all of the feedback that I've received from people in the industry and start to

work through the top 15 of each organization and categorize them, organizing them into some

kind of semblance and then starting what I think is an awful process of writing about 90,000 words.

90,000 words goes into this effort. I don't know. It was the exact number. I think I have it here. I can bring that up in a few minutes as I'm going through this.

And once I do that, then I take a little bit of a break, which is what I did over the last

probably month. I'll tell you a little bit later what I've of break, which is what I did over the last probably month. I'll tell you a little bit

later what I've been doing, which is crazy. Tim knows about it. And then I put together the top 100

list, and that takes a good week to two weeks to pull together. I get a lot of feedback from industry

people, scouts essentially who I know,

who've helped me through the individual top 15s and just giving me feedback. And sometimes I listen

to them and quite frankly, sometimes I don't. Uh, it's, but you know, it is good to get that

counterbalance. And if that sounds arrogant, well, perhaps it is,

but I see these guys too. An evaluation is still an art form. It is definitely not digitally
