Last Thursday, I opened up our Summer 12 Weeks to Transformation to the wait list and we had an awesome live webinar about getting out of your own way.

Prior to the webinar, I sent out a survey to everyone on the list and asked them two questions:

  1. What is keeping you from reaching your goals?
  2. What could I do to help you?

In the webinar, we talked about the most common barriers. We talked about money. We talked about fear. We talked about inconsistency.
