I speak about nervous system regulation a little bit on the podcast.

It's something that I cover in my online course around anxious attachment. And to be very

honest with you, when I first created that course and included a module on nervous system regulation,

I was worried that people's eyes would glaze over.

They'd sort of, you know, I'd lose people because it might not sound that sexy to people,

you know, understanding our nervous system. And, you know, I was always really pleasantly surprised
