let's dive in. For about 10 years of my life, I felt like I was constantly trying to reach for

new modalities of healing in order to heal my chronic illness and my chronic anxiety and get my life back.

For years and years, I felt like I was attaining so much knowledge and it just wasn't working for me.

When I sat down to reflect upon why this was the case, I recognized that a huge part of it was that I was a perfectionist.

I constantly wanted everything to be all or nothing.

Besides that, I was always over-analizing, overthinking absolutely every single situation, self-criticizing and people-pleasing.

So I wasn't able to implement any of these tools effectively because of these tendencies.

And they were ultimately holding me back from healing.

It wasn't until I was able to dive deep into why this is the case and why I was behaving this way that I could ultimately move past it.

I learned that these were trauma responses and that they and themselves

were something I needed to heal from and release.
