| 1:20.4 | or eliminating a destructive one. And so you guys know I like definitions because it creates clarity and understanding. |

| 1:34.8 | A behavior you repeat often enough that it becomes automatic. |
| 1:38.6 | Okay, so I just recently did a session on you need more reps, right? |
| 1:44.8 | Putting in more reps in the skills that make you exceptional for what you do. |
| 1:49.1 | You want those skills to be habits, not to have to think about how you're doing it. |
| 1:53.9 | And now, but what happens also is you can do the wrong thing so often, it becomes automatic |
