Now, the more you do something well, the more automatic it becomes to execute that something with confidence and consistent excellence, you know, without having to think about it to where it's just flowing without tension. This is why when you're training, it's or you're training people, whether you're training yourself or you're training someone else. It's essential that you spend more time

perfecting that handful of skills, most predictive of being exceptional in the role you're in,

and less time worrying about whether the topic you're covering, if you're teaching it, or

learning if you're training yourself, is new or interesting.
