Here's the topic. Make I make things right. One of your affirmations to help shape your mindset

every morning, it might sound something like this. If I have

created a wrong, a misunderstanding, or the conditions for others to take offense, whether intentionally

or not, I will take the first step and make it right. Reconciliation, accepting responsibility,

and shunning excuses all keep me in my zone.

Thus, by making things right, I stay powerful, focused, and in control.

I'm not responsible for how others respond to my reconciliation effort and will not expend undue energy in the process.

My responsibility is to reconcile quickly and sincerely

and take full responsibility,

and then not to look back, but to move on.
