One of my favorite retail experts, can I call you a retail expert, is in the house. Yes. One of my favorite things to do, sometimes I feel like we're like a traveling circus, Dane, like when we get to go speak on stages together and I'm like, oh, like there's Dane. Like we often get to be in the same rooms and on the same stages.

I love that about this industry because I know just as much as I'm passionate about helping retailers, so are you.

Yeah, thanks for having me, Ashley. And you're right. I feel like wherever I'm traveling, I could always feel comfort because you and your team are somewhere nearby. So I'm never alone

when I'm on the road. I love that. I love it. And I appreciate the friendships for sure. So we've got a

lot to cover today. And this is a topic that is just so

important. I know you and I probably both feel like a broken record sometimes when talking about

the importance of knowing your numbers. But the question I often get is it's overwhelming to me.

I don't know what it means to know my numbers. You know, there's just a little bit of like

mystification around that. So today we're going to make it really, really simple. But before we do, and we get into the

nuts and bolts of that, just start here for me. A lot of people ask me, what is management one?

Because we talk about you guys all the time as one of our most trusted partners. So high level,

what's management one? How does it work? Yeah. So the way that I best like to explain it. And, you know, there's inventory planning

often elicits a lot of fear from retailers when you start talking about inventory planning
