your inner dimmer switch. And this is the way that we can take some of our power and

light our own way to more peace and calm. We want to turn up the light inside us and turn up the lights of

peace and calm. We have so much more power than we give ourselves credit for. We really do make

a difference in how we see the world with our thinking, with the way that we are perceiving the world starts with how we are thinking in our

own thoughts that are going through our head, which ones we are letting go by like clouds

in the sky, and which ones we are holding really tightly to and paying a lot of attention to. Our mind can be like a dimmer switch for how much

light we are willing to see. Imagine if you were in a beautiful comfortable room with all of your favorite things, nice and cozy, and everything that you enjoy.

If the lights were dimmed all the way down

so you could not see where you were or what was there, you would quite naturally feel what, you'd feel stressed, you'd

feel anxious, maybe even fearful. Because if your brain thinks you are in danger and threatened, you're supposed to be

activating your fight-or-flight response. Nothing broken or wrong with you when that fight or flight response comes on.

It's just a miscommunication as to what is really happening.

You're in the dark so you don't know. So the imagination takes over,

your way to more peace and calm? I'm talking about reality. I'm talking about truth, light being reality or the truth. So imagine turning up that
