| 0:55.0 | And we have a wonderful pleasure to have coach Urban Meyer on the podcast. He's someone that I've looked up to for many years and always admired his leadership, his tenacity, his competitive drive and his will to win. |

| 1:38.0 | So I'm very excited about having him on and for those that don't know who he is, he's the head coach of the Ohio state Buckeye football team. |
| 1:48.0 | He was the head coach of Bowling Green University from 2001 to 2002, then Utah in 2003 in 2004 and Florida Gators from 2005 to 2010. |
| 2:00.0 | And when he was coaching at the University of Florida, he took the Gators to two national championship game victories. |
| 2:07.0 | Then in 2014 he led the Buckeye's to their first big ten conference title under his tenure as well as the program's eighth national championship title. |
| 2:17.0 | He is one of three coaches to win a major college football national championship at two different universities. |
| 2:24.0 | And he worked as a college football analyst for ESPN as well and is also the author of the book above the line, which was a powerful book that came out actually the same week as my first book, The School of Greatness, and was one of the most inspiring books that I read all year. |
| 2:43.0 | And then we went to the Ohio State facility. We sat right in the coaches room where they talked to all the players and they brainstorm and they strategize. |
| 2:51.0 | And some of the things that we covered are how to get men with big ears to buy into a new philosophy. |
| 2:59.0 | How do you get people who maybe have had a lot of opportunities and been the big fish in a small pond all of a sudden to buy into this new philosophy when they get to the school. |
