My guest today is Barry Eggers, venture capitalist and Silicon Valley pioneer with a long history

in its tech and venture scene.

He's a founding partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, one of the premier funds on really

from the last decade, home run investments including Snapchat, Affirm, MuleSoft, Nutanix

and StitchFix.

But prior to Lightspeed, Barry was at Cisco Systems, establishing several of the company's largest
