I haven't been doing my podcast recently simply because I've been so busy running my NLP trainings,

but I just haven't had time. I've been working very, very late, I've been working very, very early throughout the day.

But I'm, I've finished the first section of the practitioners, so I've got a few days off now.

In fact, I've literally just finished this evening, but I'm really itching to get back into this to help people and help you

And speaking of which, I had this email from a wonderful guy called Seth who really needs

some help to be able to overcome a breakup in the marriage. And as all my emails are so genuine,

and I just feel this urge that I've got to do some help. I've got to really help this person.

So this podcast is really about overcoming, you could say,

a relationship breakup, whether it be through marriage or just a general relationship, where it's

been a little bit messy. And we leave that relationship with a lot of hurts, a lot of betrayal,

and a lot of sadness, whatever the emotions that we experience

in those situations, because we've all been there to some manner of a degree.

So this is going to be really, really great to be able to really be back to the real you again.
