| 0:06.0 | So it could be that if you have a meeting, or if you're maybe challenged or you ask the question, |
| 0:13.0 | and sometimes you either freeze up, you start to blush, or you start to get a bit nervous, |
| 0:17.0 | although you know all the information and you know that you're able to answer the question |
| 0:21.0 | but for some reason our body produces the fear or anxiety the blushing the nervousness |
| 0:28.2 | or even just like the broken voice and we don't really feel as if we're saying things congruently |
| 0:33.4 | and in a way that allows us to be confident and competent at what we do. |
| 0:39.0 | As I said, you've got all the ability, you've got all the knowledge and wisdom there. |
| 0:42.8 | It's just a matter of getting your conscious mind as well as your unconscious mind, |
| 0:47.4 | truly aligned of being that confident you, being able to handle any objection, any question, |
| 0:53.5 | so you can really be able to feel good about it, |
| 0:56.2 | really. Just give yourself this opportunity to get into a nice comfortable position, naturally, |
| 1:03.8 | without operating any machinery or anything like that. Just get yourself in a nice comfortable |
| 1:09.5 | situation, a nice environment, a place where you can just let go |
| 1:15.4 | and then when you're ready go ahead and close your eyes and as you close your eyes |
| 1:24.6 | just become aware of your breathing and, just become aware of your breathing. |
| 1:30.6 | And as you become aware of your breathing, just allow each out breath to be a little |
| 1:40.6 | bit longer than the in-breath. |
| 1:44.8 | And as you have this opportunity to go on the inside, because usually we're always |
| 1:52.2 | based thinking on the outside world, the things we have to do, the jobs, the tasks. Sometimes we put all our energy on the outside, but I want |
| 2:05.8 | you to go on the inside, because when we go on the inside, you can become aware of many, |
| 2:13.1 | many things, your thoughts, your sensations in the body. |
