Welcome back to Cult Leader. I'm your Cult Leader, Spencer Henry. I'm inside for the 14th day in a row and I'm slowly getting used to it.

I think I go through waves of losing my mind and not losing my mind, but I've just been trying to keep a routine as much as possible.

Like I said in the last episode, meditate, do whatever you need to do to make yourself comfortable being at home. I'm such like a move around person. I love to just be like up and out and running errands and doing things, but we can't do that right now. I'm doing my part. I'm staying inside.

If you have the ability to stay inside, I hope you stay inside and be smart about it. If you have to go to work, first of all, I'm sorry, but also be smart. Take your necessary precautions. You guys, we're going to get out of this eventually. Don't worry. Everything's going to be okay.

If not, we will just have to go out into the desert in the middle of nowhere somewhere and just make a big cold compound. We have that to look forward to.

Should society collapse, but I also feel like we're really seeing people's true colors during this time. We're also seeing just like, I feel like we're almost going back in a way because I'm getting tagged in so many like chain things or online quiz things.

It is so funny to me and the fucking push-up challenge is you guys. I tweeted about it already, but I don't want to be tagged in those. I didn't do push-ups before. Definitely not going to do it now. I have no one to look good for. But anyways, I'm so excited for today's episode because we are talking about a cult, which we have not done in a while.

It's such a fascinating cult to me. It is honestly probably one of my favorites to learn things about because there's just like discovery after discovery so many secrets.

I'm going to tell it differently. I'm not going to tell it necessarily in a chronological order because I feel like it makes sense for this one.

The way that I would want to hear this one is to hear the discovery of everything and then kind of break it down from there and go into the details.

We're going to go a little all over the place with this one. Pay attention. The story begins in October of 1994 when local police are called to a condo that had been set ablaze in Morin Heights, Quebec, the police walk inside.

They find two bodies immediately as soon as they enter the front door and they assume it's the owners of the condo.

So they call in the address and it comes back as belonging to two men. Joseph de Mombro and Luke Jaret.

Jaret? Jaret? J-O-U-R-E-T? I don't know. Listen, we're doing our best here. No, I'm going to get an email that's like it's actually pronounced James.

So anyways, that's the extent of my French. That and Jim Mappelle, Colt leader. I don't think that's not right.

But anyways, so they assume it's these two guys, but they make their way through the rest of the condo and in the back of it they find three more bodies stacked together in a closet.

It's the bodies of Tony de Toa, his wife, Nikki, and their three-month-old son, Christopher. The bodies are charred.

They've obviously been burnt, but there's also a lot of blood. So police are like, what's going on here?

And Tony, that's like, that's what they said. They said, what's going on here?

They find that Tony had actually been stabbed over 50 times in the back.

Nikki, his wife, had been stabbed five to six times in the chest in Upper Torsow and the baby.
