How often are you willing to lose focus because you've chosen to be offended by things that in the big scope of your potential

and reaching your potential as a human being really don't matter that much. Now, it's not my place to tell you

what should offend you or not, but to get you to evaluate how often does it happen and is it worth it?

Just listen to some of these sample offenses and see if any of these come along to get you

out of your zone. Things like this. He didn't even say thank you. He said thank you, but it wasn't

very sincere. We didn't even get lunch. This is all we get for lunch. We had the same thing for lunch

last week. The headlines, the book title, a comic strip, Fox News, MSNBC, an announcer's commentary, a speaker's voice,

that Instagram post, her hairdo, that tie, a pastor's sermon, the not job in traffic,

another has weird belief system, this kind of music, that politician, her singing voice,

the flight attendant's attitude, his glance, she ignored me.

The way he answered my question, the dessert they brought to the dinner party, the punishment

I got, the punishment he didn't even get.
