1:27.6	give a fuck and then proceed to do that thing with varying degrees of success or
1:33.0	embarrassment but I have some some really specific thoughts here and how we can
1:37.3	make it this idea a bit more practical and actually worthwhile and not just have
1:42.4	it be like a willingness to embarrass ourselves how we could actually make it a
1:46.5	means to empower ourselves to be better and to just listen to ourselves on a
1:51.5	higher level so I'm gonna talk about this I'm gonna talk a little bit about my
1:54.8	experience here and I think it'll be I think it'll be a good episode before that
