Hello and welcome to the Almost 30 Podcast. Hey everybody, it's Lindsay and Krista. We are your hosts.

We try to mix it up but we get in a flow. We actually don't. Yes, we don't mix it up. Or we do not mix it up.

We have not been mixing it up but I want to. Okay, so we just did. Yes. We've been doing we've been doing you start and we say basically the same thing and I say,

fall into a trance. And then we fall into a trance and it just rolls from there. So we want to mix it up. We've been doing this for a while now.

My name is Krista. This is Lindsay. We are besties. We are actual true best friends. Sometimes people ask us if we're really best friends.

And we are and we're in Austin right now and really wishing that we didn't have video for podcasts anymore.

I actually want to know from you all listening. Yeah. Yeah, they don't give a shit. They want us in no makeup. They don't care.

They say that and then they see. So this is our theory about like putting things on YouTube.

Men don't get shit. Men don't get shit out the way they look like whatever. And then when women have like video on YouTube and whatever, especially in this type of format.

The comments. Not that we reap them slash sometimes but it's a little. It's only about it's crazy because men it's about what they're saying.

Yeah, it's actually crazy. I mean, we don't really get much but I think we just need a little better lighting. Oh yeah. And then our Oh natural will shine.

Also, it's crazy to think about the Kardashians have like filters on their cameras. I mean, they have the best lighting in the entire world.

To make their skin look like they have no pores and then they've like filters on cameras now. But honestly putting on makeup every day is just just busy.

But we're in Austin. It's been really, really beautiful. It's been raining all week. But it's just nice to be closer to earth and sit down with some of our faith people. And today we got to drop in with Heather who I've been trying to get on the podcast for years.

I was even looking at my DM's like from forever. I was looking at one from almost 30. We pitched her. Our friend introduced us to her years ago. Yeah.

Yeah. And Aaron Rose. Oh my gosh. Yes, they are friends. And he was talking about with her how clear she is energetically like they were out to dinner one time. And she's like the energy doesn't feel good. Like I think we should leave or something just like very discerning. Yeah.

And so he introduced us to her years ago. So he pitched her haven't been able to connect but just felt really, really right. And it's been really beautiful in my life lately. The people that I've been able to drop in with and connect with feels very divine.

And she's someone who I felt immediately like in following her online and just observing her from afar that I knew she was going to be just as any of a better in person.
