I know that there's a lot of people feeling like things are happening to them and that it's really difficult and I'm not arguing with any of that.

Much of what's happening to us is happening from the outside and

it is coming at us and I know that it is difficult. There's a lot of extra things to be dealing with, but as usual I want to try to

look at another side of it so that you guys can see how you are actually being awesome right now and really getting through this.

So one of the things that we are getting through and being awesome about, especially people who have been

struggling with anxiety or high stress levels long before we had a world event that we were all adding to our

plates. Many people are now knowing how to face the fear.

Now you've been, like I said, long before this happened,

you were already dealing with some of this, already trying to learn how to face the fear.

And having that be something top of mind for you.

For many people now, this extra stress is putting them in a place that you are
