I'm very excited to have with us today Mark Pugsley.

Mark is an attorney according to his bio, he's a commercial litigator, who focuses on fraud.

Most of my listeners will be familiar with the fact that Utah seems to be a hotbed of activity when it comes to pyramid schemes, scams,

you know, Ponzi schemes, securities fraud, etc.

and Mark is, you know, I would say a top litigator in Utah on these types of cases.

So we won't be digging too much, you know, we'll hear a little bit about Mark's story.

But the focus of today isn't going to be a really Mark's story, it's more going to be Mark's expertise as a litigator around fraud.

And also we're going to just tell the background of how much this goes on in Utah, why it's a problem, why you should care about this.
