Hey, guys, welcome back this week. I am so excited about today's topic. Jackie, I'm so pumped

you're here because I'm sure many of the people that you work with, and I know many of the

people listening, and I know myself personally, when you get into business and you're so excited

about your product and your business taking off, the one thing that you don't expect to happen is,

crap, now I need to manage people. And I'm not prepared for managing people. That seems very

overwhelming to me. So today we're going to just demystify all of this and help everyone develop

some stronger leadership skills, but also really, you know, digest what does it take to

What led you to this position and really have such a love for this topic?
