I am back on the beach today and I'm so happy the beach in September is beautiful because

It's still pretty warm some of the restaurants are still open and there's no one here

Like it like because as soon as the school year starts, everyone stops coming here.

It's like the, you know, the workers who work locally here call it Tumbleweed Tuesday the day

after Labor Day.

Because it's just, it literally is like a light switch like

Labor Day weekend massive you know crowded everything and then literally like Tuesday

just tumbleweets blow through the town. Like, no one is here.

So it is, you know, we're not able to spend a ton of time here

because we also are bound now by the mainland school year,

but, wow, it's so, it's so nice here. It's like walking through like one of those like deserted video game levels.

Fewer zombies. Yeah, few. Well, I mean, you know, the few people who were left, know were certainly an eccentric crowd certainly

some characters walking around we don't get sent a lot of side quests though but

but it is certainly certainly some some eccentric.

That's part of one of the one of the best things I love about

being here in this weird Beachtown is that the people who are here for long enough, I don't know if it makes you eccentric or if only

eccentric people can tolerate being here for that long, but whatever it is it selects for eccentricity.

And so everyone here is weird like I fit it in great because I'm

weird too I'm just and I'm weird in different ways than some of the other ones but like

everyone here is just so gloriously weird I feel so at home here like

Long Island has its weirdos for sure but it's it's more like regular suburban

America you know you don't see a lot of that coming out.
