From Relay, this is Upgrade, episode 605, and it is a draft day.

0:13.9

Today's episode is brought to you by Century FitBod, Square Space, and Factor.

0:18.8

My name is Mike Hurley, and I'm joined by Jason's now. Hi, Jason. Bring in the marching band. I love it. You love to hear the marching band. It is that time. I have a snow talk question for you, though, because we have usual business to get to before the draft today. This question comes from Matthew, and it is one of the rare Snell talk follow-up questions. Oh, boy to Jim's P-B. That's what it stands for, right? Yes, STFU. Snow-talk follow-up. STFU. It doesn't mean anything else. Nope. Matthew says, follow-up to Jim's P-B and jelly question. What kind of jelly does Jason use? I assume grape, as Jason mentioned, purple goo.

0:57.9

But are there other acceptable kinds? Or what about jams? Okay, first off, this is not robot or not.

1:04.0

We're not going to talk about what is acceptable. That is a different podcast. I will tell you what I have for my

1:10.2

PB&J. And my purple goo that I have for my PB&J.

1:11.7

And my purple goo that I'm referring to is actually Blackberry preserves.

1:17.4

And I will also sometimes get strawberry preserves.

1:20.5

I put links in the show notes to the ones I buy in America, Bon Mama.

1:27.4

But there are many others. I prefer the preserves to the jelly. I, when it gets too much of that jelly consistency, um, where it feels like a, you know, it's, it's on its way to being what the British call a jelly, which we would call jello. When it's like super gelatiny and all that. And chunky and it holds together.

1:46.9

I don't actually want that.

1:48.0

I just want kind of fruit goo.

1:49.7

So that's when I said purple goo.

1:51.1

I actually meant Blackberry preserves.

1:52.5

Essentially, what you were having is more like jam, what I would call jam.

1:56.9

Yeah, yeah.

1:57.8

And there is a technical reason why preserves jam and jelly are different, but it doesn't matter and I don't care. So, the blackberry and strawberry are my preferred flavors. So there you go. Go forth and make P.B&Js, but just remember to put the peanut butter on the outside and the jelly on the inside.

2:17.9

Thank you so much to Matthew for that STFU.

2:21.6

If you would like to send in your own Snell Talk question for us to open a future episode of the show or follow-up, you can always go to UpgradeFeedback.com and send it in.

2:32.3

Of course.

2:32.7

We do have other follow-up.

2:35.0

So, as foretold, Kieran Healy has performed a statistical analysis of the Six Colors Report
