Hi. Welcome to a time of being still and being loved. My name is Alisa Keaton.

Go ahead and take a moment to place your body in a seated position.

If it feels better for you to lie down, you can do that too.

Make it your intention to stay present in whichever posture you take.

If lying down would make you more conducive to falling asleep, well, that's okay.

Maybe it's sleep you need. But if it's your intention to be here,

to stay present, to feel your feelings and know your thoughts, to connect to your breath,

and most importantly, the spirit of God, the breath of the Almighty that holds you together.
