You are into some pretty heavy metal. How is your kind of scream?

Um, I'm all right. It like a false cord guttural.

But I'm not doing that on the podcast. No.

So it brings back a memory. We've got a past academy student.

So he's trained as a nutrition coach for the BTN Academy. Anyway, he had a previous life as sort of a very heavy metal.

Um, kind of singer. He was a frontman to a band and I had no idea.

And he helped us put on, um, our conference in Manchester.

And he lives in Manchester and we sort of got talking.

And Tom, I remember, sent me a link like whenever we have sort of organized in this event.

And do you, and he went, did you know that gas borrowers, he used to be like this guy and he sent me a link of him singing.

And I was like, what the, how do you, what?

And it's so fascinating to kind of like go into people's like past careers before nutrition or fitness or like.

Honestly, it's so weird because I keep trying to rack my brains.

I don't know if I've seen him live.

Because he, um, his band, too, would have entered chicory.

And I must have seen them two or three times when they were big.

So any of the listeners who want to see entered chicory live back in like another early 2010s.
