0:04.0	Today I had a fascinating conversation with someone who I've known for a number of years because we both used to live in the East Village of Manhattan. Her name is Ruby Warington. She is a British-born author, editor, and publishing consultant.
0:17.0	And I first met her through one of my friends, Ophira A. Dute from the Astro Twins. But she is also the person who created
0:27.1	the term sober curious. And in 2018, she wrote a book with the same name that really influenced so many people.
0:38.3	It was really created this global movement to sort of re-evaluate our relationship with alcohol in a very gentle and accessible
0:47.4	way. She is, her most recent book that is out right now is called Women Without Kids,
0:55.3	the Revolutionary Rise of an unsung sisterhood.
