And I know that doesn't seem like a real sexy topic, but man, since I've became a mom, I am all about just doing business easier.

And before being a mom, I was just the sales and marketing guru, queen.

All I focused on was just getting more clients and getting more attention and getting more

what I know back then, I just would have done it this way. It's just so much easier. So let me kind of explain to you what,

like how retention makes your life easier and then how to really retain your clients so that you

can just have like a steady flow of business. So why is retention important? Well, a few reasons.

One second money is easier to get than first money. These people already

know you. They already trust you. It's so much easier to keep a client than it is to acquire an

entire new one. Number two, it's just stability in your business. You know you have monthly recurring

income coming in. Like you know if you looked at your calendar on the first and said, you know what,

I don't want to market this month. I don't want to post on social media. I don't want to take sales calls. Like, it's fine.

Business is good. I don't have to. That's a great feeling. You get more referrals the longer

And I kept thinking about it ever since, kept referencing. It's four years later. So it kind of like like slipped my mind. But this was so impactful for people to see the math and have me show them, look how impactful it is for you just retain 10% more of your clients. I mean, I went from,
