How'd you get started, wine, the food, the thing?

What happened? Well, you know, I was always drawn to food and I was kicking around in my early

20s trying to figure out what to do with life and I tried to

Tried to be in academia for a little bit and that was pretty much going nowhere.

So I started working in restaurants, in restaurant kitchens.
