Summary

Well, we made it through the holiday season. Some of us loved every second, and some of us were barely holding on through the chaos… all of us are on the other side of it now. And perhaps, if you’re like me, you picked up a habit or two that aren’t serving you right now.

Maybe you’re drinking more than you’d like, maybe you’re eating more sugar than you’d like, maybe you aren’t moving your body the way you’d like… so, in today’s episode I walk you through how to hit the reset button and regain control. And I like to call it 24 HOURS OF INTENTION.

Focus on your goal/habit for 24 hours. You can do anything for a day. And then, anticipate a temper tantrum in your brain, feel the pain associated with standing up to your primal brain and honoring your highest self… and then, do it again.

No more going through the motions, or walking through life with our brain turned off. Bring intention back, and cultivate a you that you like and love.
