Hey everyone and welcome back to the Self Love Fix Podcast.

I hope you've had a great week and I hope you learned a thing or two about releasing

shame from last week.

And the inspiration for today's episode comes from the book Becoming by Michelle Obama.

First of all, I feel like I'm always just diving right into the episode but I feel like it's

because in a lot of podcasts, sometimes there's just some rambling and talking for like

10 minutes and you're like, okay, okay, I see the topic of the podcast and I want to

get into it but like I don't want to fast forward because I want to listen to what you

have to say and so I'm just like, I'm gonna help you out and just jump right in.
