Summary
Noel Rodriguez Alvarez was last seen in October 2022. Nobody reported him missing. Family members got concerned after his mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh made comments about Noel being possessed and a possible danger to her newborn twins. Police were asked to do a welfare check on March 10, 2023. Within 12 days Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, her husband, and six children ages 5 months to 11 years were on their way to India. Noel was not with them. Joseph Scott Morgan and Dave Mack discuss the case of Noel Rodriguez Alvarez, 6-years-old when he vanished. Three years later, we have the answers.
