0:13.0	Today I want to talk to you about how you can make 2019 your absolute best year ever with six steps.
0:20.0	Now, you and I both know, there's a lot of things we have to do in a volatile changing
0:25.0	economy to make sure that we not just you know have a great year but we have an
0:29.0	extraordinary year consider these as the foundation.
0:33.1	If you and I were sitting together one-on-one, these are things that I would make, an absolute
0:37.2	must to make sure that we achieve what you want to achieve.
0:41.2	So let's look at number one, you got to set a meaningful goal.
0:44.0	How many transactions do you want to do next year? Think about it like this. How many people do
0:48.8	want to help next year? We know that our income is in direct correlation to the problems that we solve.
0:55.0	The more people we help, the more money we make, and it's not just the money, my friend.
0:59.3	You and I both know.
1:00.8	It's what the money means to us.
1:02.0	It's what we can do with that. But we got to start first with what's that transaction goal?
1:06.0	You've heard me talk about in the US there's 1.3 million agents.
1:09.0	Only 3% are selling 25 or more transactions.
1:13.2	I challenge you to do a minimum of 25 transactions in 2019.
1:18.6	So that would be my minimum intention.
1:20.9	You want to do 100, you want to do 80, outstanding. I just don't want to hear you want to do six, right?
1:26.0	Not in this kind of opportunity, not in this environment.
