I was very intentional about the things I chose to put on this list because I wanted these habits to be things that pretty much everyone can implement and feel the impact within a few months of consistency. There's so many quick trends and fads that may seem appealing in the moment for quick results, but the key to having long term results is staying consistent with habits that are maintainable. I also wanted to provide you with the tools to implement these habits- so I provided you with personal examples for each that I use that have simplified the process for me.
