better do it now while we can yes this week we're going to talk about something that I think is very near and dear to both of our hearts and that is setting up a new Mac and it should be a topic that's fairly fresh on our minds because we've both have done it within the last month or so?

Yeah, I went first. I got rid of my Macbook airing, got a Macbook about three weeks before they came out

with the Macbook Pro. Yeah, it's tough. Which means I had a

better computer than you for exactly three weeks. Yeah, that's true. I'm loving my new

Macbook Pro which is almost identical form factor to your 13 inch

Macbook that unibody is it's probably the best Mac I've

ever owned. Well I'm enjoying mine too and I enjoyed setting it up. I also do a lot of setups for friends and my

own I-Mac at home and I thought this was a great idea you had to do this show so let's get

Cool. I guess the first thing you have to decide is what kind of experience do you want on your

Mac. Do you want it to be identical to your Mac experience on your old Mac, but just on a newer

faster machine.

And that's kind of what I tend to do, because I've got a system set with files and folder structures

and a look and feel that I'm very used to and comfortable with on my Mac.
