U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken says the U.S. will make changes to its

policy if Israel doesn't change the way it's conducting its military operation in

Gaza.

But neither blinking nor National Security Council spokesman John Kirby

detailed what those potential policy changes might be.

This comes after U.S. President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had a 30 minute

phone call earlier today where Biden expressed that the overall humanitarian situation in

Gaza is unacceptable. It was their first call since the deadly Israeli

strike that killed seven aid workers in Gaza Monday. Here's Kirby during a news

conference earlier today. He made clear the need for Israel to announce and to implement a series of specific, concrete, and

measurable steps to address civilian harm, humanitarian suffering, and the safety of aid workers. He made clear that U.S. policy with respect to Gaza

will be determined by our assessment of Israel's immediate action on these steps.

Meanwhile the Israeli military has been using artificial

intelligence to help identify bombing targets in Gaza. That's according to

a probe by Plus 972 magazine and local call. signing six Israeli intelligence officials involved in the alleged

program. The officials noted that the AI-based tool was known to have a 10% error rate and that

human review of the tool suggested targets were
