This is your Wednesday pod. We were going to do a rapid fire but there weren't a lot a lot of questions and so

but also there was one that i thought was just really interesting enough that we could get 45

minutes to an hour of a podcast out of it because it's more about culture and things like that

so from the 614 is there any early favorite for the

player who wears the block? I think that's an intriguing conversation because I do feel like

sometimes, Stefan, the answer is easy. It's the five-star care from Pickerington, Ohio, whose brother

is on the team, father played on a team, and he's the best, he's the leader of your defense right that's what it was

last year we've had years where cam bab had it because it just what he meant to the culture of this

team jonathan cooper was a good choice as a leader of the team at a Columbus night and if you've had

years like Xavier johnson who's had the block oh i think this year it, there's less obvious candidates, but I also think there's a few guys who, if they got it, we'd be like, I could see that. Definitely. Definitely. When I was kind of going through this list, you know, we wanted to come in here with, with, you know, at least six names, right? We're going to go two rounds of each of us name and a guy.

I ended up writing down eight guys on my list. And actually, I wrote down nine and I scratched off one of them because I was just like, I guess I probably won't use this one, but I don't know. Maybe I end up going back to it. So there are, there is, you know, genuinely like eight to nine guys who you could make a case for, I think, right? And obviously some cases are going to be, you know, stronger than others. But it is intriguing because I don't think there is an obvious guy this year. And that always makes a fun, right? Because you have to start thinking about who won Iron Buckeye. And by the time they actually pick the block-o, we'll have another round of Iron Buckeye from summer workouts. You think about think about you know guys who have been around the program you think about veteran guys you think

about you know who's a junior who maybe is is an intriguing spot because they've been a

starter for multiple years and maybe even a captain in the past like it's it's interesting because
