Because there we have so much stuff that we need to talk about we're gonna just spread this over two episodes and the biggest thing that I wanted to discuss even involves

a team that isn't even in the Eastern Conference but it also involves the team that

is at the top of the Eastern Conference and that is the Boston Celtics.

We are going to do this in terms of record order in the Eastern Conference and so that starts

appropriately with the Boston Celtics 28 and 7, 9 and 2 since the last 15 and 60.

I will note these were compiled, I believe, before Sunday's games.

They're number one in the NBA net rating plus 11.5 per 100 possessions per cleaning the glass which filters out

garbage time. Second offense, second to defense, that's really, really

impressive and then ESPN's BPI projects the Celtics to finish with 65 wins which is not only number one in the

west it is number one in the whole NBA and let me look it up that is number

one in the NBA by nine games.

and acquiring Chris House for Zingus and Drew Holiday

would make anyone love them even more.

And so it's important to establish the context here because they did lose

the game that we're talking about to the Thunder 127-123 and but since then they've

kept rolling right along they just summarily dismissed the jazz in a game that was never

close on Friday night. Second night of a back to back go to Indiana where they lost in the

in season tournament. No problem. They control control that one basically the entire way as

well Pacers never led in that game even with Chris Staps Porzingus going out early with an eye issue that hopefully

is nothing serious.
