All right, welcome to episode six.

Today I'm going to talk about how to stop being basic.

I think rather, the better word is average, right?

So we're all average in some sense, but in this episode I'm talking about average in a sense

that you're doing average things, having normal average thoughts and kind of have boring,

limited dreams and visions for yourself.

Simply put, you're skating by living an uninspired kind of average life.

And I don't know about you, but I don't want any of those things.

And I would hope that you don't want them for yourself either.

I want to life that's anything but average.

I want to look back and be like, wow, you know, and in fact, Hunter S. Thompson once described

a similar thought that I really like.

And he said that life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving

safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of

smoke thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming, wow, what a ride.

I really like that quote.

So I just mentioned it.
