What's up everyone? Welcome back to the podcast. Today we're going to be talking about

mushrooms, mushrooms, mushrooms, fungi. We're going to be talking about six gourmet

I have personally grown five of these six so far and the sixth is on the way.

So let's go ahead and get right into it. First of all we have probably my

favorite and that would be Lion's Main. Looks absolutely incredible. It grows in or on in the

wild at least. sick or dying trees cut hardwood logs or then if you have a

grow bag it's going to be growing in a specialized substrate that the mycelium can

inoculate.

And what's incredible about lion's man is it tastes very, very, very close to crab meat.

So if you don't really have access to fresh crab in your area and you like that taste,

well, Lion's Main is the closest thing you're probably ever going to get to a perfect substitute

for crab.

So there's a lot of different ways that you can prepare it and make it look and

taste almost exactly like it. Now what's interesting about Lionsman as well is

it not as it tastes delicious but there are some interesting medicinal properties
