Ursa and I go way back, and I'll chat about that, I should say, a little bit here.

But Ersa is a partner with Strassberger, and she's the practice area leader for Straussberger's Franchise and Distribution Group.

Ursa structures franchises and assist franchisors with ongoing transactional needs.

She also handles litigation matters in the areas of business and commercial, false claims acts, business

towards franchise and distribution, trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets,

all of that kind of stuff.

Ursa has a tremendous background.

In fact, I'm on the website now for Straussberger, and I see that you've been elected

to the IFA's Educational Foundation Board.

Congratulations on that.

IFA is the International Franchise Association.
