But this one is really, really great. This is Mark Elias, who is the election lawyer for the Democratic Party.

And we are going to have a weird election, probably, because Trump's president is one, and also because we're at this moment and we don't

know what November is going to look like. So I talked to Mark Elias about mainly about that,

and about trying to make sure that we have an election, and we will. We have to. Mark

Elias is the lawyer, really, for the Democratic Party.

He represents me. He represents pretty much, I think, every member of the U.S. Senate. He was the guy

who ran my recount, which was a nine-month, most of that, just a legal battle.

We have an election coming up in November, the first Tuesday after the first Monday.

That's when you have to have this election.

We will have it.

There's just a lot of questions about, let's say, the pandemic is back in November.

How are we going to do this?

How are we going to make sure that people can vote absentee?

How are we going to make sure that it's fair?

You know, how are we going to make sure that it's fair you know how are we going to make sure that there are enough polls open for people to vote how are we

going to do early voting so that we can spread people out this is a very very

important I think, interview.
